The LG Escape 2 is a good cheap Android smartphone that takes its lead from the popular LG G4. Released in 2015, this device was built exclusively for AT&T, but it can be unlocked for most other carriers.
The defining feature of this entry in the list of cheapest Android phones is its 4.7-inch curved display. It’s a nice stylistic touch, but it won’t be as vivid as the other entries in this list. While the Moto G4 and the ZenPhone get higher ratings from reviewers, this is a solid phone for those who like LG. It’ll also please those who’d rather have a smaller screen. At $179 it’s definitely up there with the cheapest.
